Executive Chef Jeremy Pacheco: Genuine Concept’s Culinary Director, Chef Jeremy Pacheco oversees all brands and menus, and has been charged with evolving these beloved neighborhood respites into culinary destinations. A proud ninth-generation Arizonan who grew up on the family farm outside Tucson, Pacheco brings more than 26 years of experience in the restaurant business to the brand. Formerly of LON’s at the Hermosa Inn, at Genuine Concepts he’s brought a new level of culinary prowess, enhancing and evolving all concepts with new approaches, to the fan-favorite menus.
